What to do if you die at home or outside an institution

  1. Contact the ambulance service by telephone or in person on 194 or the local doctor (the doctor will confirm the death and, after completing the necessary paperwork, authorise the transport of the deceased).
  2. To notify Funero Ltd. on-call, to have the deceased evacuated, call 024 55-44-33 non-stop. The family or our staff can wash and dress the deceased.
  3. Ordering the funeral service in person at Funero. In addition to the medical papers (funeral transport permit - Sprovodnica), bring your own:
  • The customer's identity car
  • Identity card of the deceased
  • Crypt book/burial plot rental contract
  • Photo for the obituary.

Any further instructions will be given on the spot.

What to do if you die in hospital or in an institution

  1. After receiving notification of the death, you must go to the institution where the death occurred (social institution or the relevant hospital department, then the pathology department). The department will issue a death transport permit (Sprovodnica) or tell you when you can come and collect it.
  2. It is advisable to take the clothing of the deceased and drop it off for dressing.
  3. Visit the Funero office for further action. It is recommended to bring the fish with a transport permit:
  • The customer's identity card
  • Identity card of the deceased
  • Crypt book/burial plot rental contract
  • A photograph for the obituary

All further instructions will be given on the spot.
